In layman's terms the lower your body fat when starting a bulk the more lean tissue you are able to grow.

Just killed Chest - did lots of negs and used BB for the first time in a while - lovely pump! Shoulder even popped(at first I thought I was fucked then it felt great)!

Big time!!! Arms are much bigger your fuller.... if you don't mind - try and square off that chest more - it has a much deeper cut tho!(almost looks like 3wks went by - good lighting )... it'll make it look that much bigger - genetics play a huge roll also
Just been killin it... I'll post pics after delts tomorrow b/c my chest is starting to pop but I hit it Monday!
That will be an impossible pose for me and my R shoulder - but lat spread is there!
