You've got me interested in this sword play stuff. I've been watching a show, https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Forged...re_(TV_series) where they make blades and swords. It's pretty cool.

Oops, due to circumstances I've been away.
Haven't trained or eaten that well either, so this does not bode well.
I had a good leg workout today.
That I drank some gin & tonic after a protein drink and a protein bar,
(I walked past a pub on my way home, so...)
Sorry that I'm not been giving 100% since last I dropped by,
but it's just been a bit much lately.
I'm not using more than a TRT dose of test either,
(Although I'm sure my levels are at least a little higher than TRT)
but illl throw in some candy soon, but not that much.
This is from last week;
(Here I'm quite pumped)
I'm gonna try to improve a bit.
I don't look bad at that image, but I do look bad now I think.
Hopefully I'll manage to get more into routine this week.

Yeah but it's when pumped, doing biceps curls.
It's not a front relaxed pose or such.
Maybe my impression of things are a bit affected still,
but I think I've lost gone down one 1 belt size.
We'll see after this week, I'll be good and follow routine.

Will see if I can put in some new pics at a later date when things are more up and running, or just make a new set as I think I can do a better job merely posing wise.
But these are the pics I left for judging.
Don't expect much to be honest,
as neither BF loss nor much retention of mass gained intially is visible here.
But it was a good experience and one to be repeated.
Next time I'm not gonna enter a comp that ends during the summer holidays. Lol.

i hear you doc i could have been more strict with the diet and i too indulged in the spirits on more than one occasion....but i will do this again with you and if your up to it maybe do a more specific goal like bulking or cutting id let you decide...this was fun brother you pushed me and i needed it...i commend zeus and quester as well for an outstanding effort and following through on the 12 week logs and training...well done my friends...

This comp was good for me, the first 8 weeks went by very well,
but as you said, next time I too would want a more specific goal.
Bulking and cutting in the same comp, while good in theory,
did not at all work in this case, especially since the cut part went sideways due to, well, life.
Still, I've learnt til next time and pushed a lot of iron, so this was good!
You've done a hell of a job Ghetto, nice to be with you.
And Zeus and Quester they've pushed hard, really hard.
It was good all round.
