I have Kel! He's been up to his eyes in work and traveling... doing very well and looks great he's 261ish and pretty vascular these days he was locked out of here for a while...

Hey guys......I have been away for a whileeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee...... So I've spent 2 years in Ukraine, and now I am finishing my first year in the middle east. Internet access is actually quite good here, I don't know why I've not been on no real reason honestly. Training kind of took a backseat for a little bit when I was going between Ukraine, Washington D.C., and the middle east, too much traveling. I'm quite well settled now even though I fly into Poland and Ukraine every 3 months.
We should start a WhatsApp group for the Vets to keep in touch...?

Life happens sometimes and the internet takes a back seat..I use forums to gain knowledge I learn something new everyday just back checking out new posts and reading replies..I don't do social network stuff no FB,no Snapchat no nothing I'll gain a new hobby and join a forum and become a student to that hobby I've built engines and built computers tried new recipes and checked out new movies and games all based on different forums..I really don't have friends or a social life I like my alone time and being able to tune out..Iam very vested in my health and Iam a student to trying to new things for anti aging and longevity..I prefer a good book to going out..all that being said this forum has always been a place to get a laugh get a bit of socializing in and if you read enough of someone's post you get a good idea of their personalities..guys like numbere,MS,doc toxin,pheedno back in the day ,etc,etc have a lot of natural intelligence .. much more than I ever have had or will have so theirs always something to be learned by their contributions and I hope there always around for that reason ..then there is guys like you OB that can make me laugh when I check in for 5 min while waiting in line at chiplolte..guys like BG and Marcus and Kel etc.ect who have been in this game forever and have great insight on the long term and wisdom..well Iam done ranting thanks for all your contributions over the years some have made me look at my life and training differently and the gym is my favorite place on the earth..

I'm still around! Lol slowly but surely making a comeback...not easy like it used to be when u took some time off. I see someone mentioned doc sust...he's one of my good friends...he's doing great...ill tell him to comeback and say hello!
Place still looks great! I think I'll stick around for awhile...looks like I have a lot to catch up on and a lot to learn! Lol
