    Same here, once your body ramps up the enzymes to process fatty acids and ketones. You basically have a limitless supply of energy on tap. Especially if your chunky like me

    I started doing 1-2 mins jump rope between each set just because i got a new jump rope. Lost some fat and weight just doing that. No change in my diet.

    tbh, you'd probly lose more weight nd build more muscle tissue if you waited only 3-45sec between sets - i shoot for 20sec but never more than 30sec - higher the intensity the lower the bf% you'll get to and thats lifting heavy still not volume work although it could be both that are utilized

    Funny you say that, i did the jump rope thing to slow myself down. I’m a power lifter. Do mostly heavy compounds with some accessories. Occasionally a hypertrophy day here and there. Had a bring problem with lack of rest between sets.
