    Taking HUGE DUMPS......

    I was on and off with a little constipation in the last two weeks 2 days on 2 days off so to say....

    Changed the diet up lately and started fasted workouts and BOOM, I am a beast among men....

    dropping LOG PILES, ICE BERG STATUS


    I just took a tremendous dump and had to share.....LMAO.....

    Add Psyllium Husks to your diet. I put it in my shakes and it will help keep you regular, lower your Cholesterol and help with colon health. You will have large dumps daily that come right out and little wiping required.
