    I burnt myself on the sunbed yesterday lol so am looking like a tomato today, on a side note. I want to book a holiday with the misses for June, anyone have any recommendations? I was thinking Spain/Greece? Beach holiday with a hotel gym of course…

    Haha.. relatively basic but fun food! I'm not a fan of the typical bodybuilder diet of Chicken, Rice and broccoli!
