Just started a 14 day total body cleanse to prep for 7 day gallbladder liver cleanse.
Has anyone experience with gallbladder liver cleanse?

Maybe I should've done that, had 65 stones when I got my gallbladder removed earlier this year. I would wanna make sure I didn't have any stones before I started trying to flush it, might could get one hung up in that tube thingy

Whats the deal with gallbladder issues anyway? How does the cleanse work?
I'm kind of on the camp that most cleanses don't really work

What moves you to want to do this?
I'm asking because I have had enough digestive issues for this life time

Me too!
I am in a private fB group and recommended to do the liver cleanse. I happened to have conversation with a person who is studying holistic med when I mentioned this liver cleanse. She volunteered that it helps with weight loss which is my why. She recommended the total body cleanse preceding the liver cleanse.
I’m 6 days into the 14 day total cleanse. So far nothing notable. Elimination phase starts in 2 days. I’ve read that this is gentle.
I’ll start the liver sometime soon. My plans were to do immediately following 14 day but that’s not possible now.

Keep this updated
I am def interested, I passed what looked like a pound or two of gallbladder stones when I was barely 19.
My mom has her gallbladder removed, and her diet afterwards just isn't what I am looking to have to have. . . She can't eat greasy foods, period
Damn this age thing

I’m doing the full body cleanse now. Almost done with that.
I have a scheduling issue for the gall bladder liver cleanse.
Next weekend a party
Following weekend visiting family
And then weekend with girl friends
So looks like I’ll start June 4th. My new plan is to switch to keto diet after the cleanse.

Ahh,
Still - sounds quite intense
Post back with the results - again, gruesome or not

I'm just interested if it actually harms or helps - I'm pretty anti cleanse, since I believe the body runs in its own homeostasis of some sort & taking away is kind of a bad thing - I dunno, real life results on someone else before I try shit on myself r great. Lol

Last day and expelling tiny mostly tan and some green stones. There’s only one larger stone which is green and tan.
The odor is not similar to bowel movement.
Tomorrow I should have loads of energy. I’ll let you know.

Interesting to say the least.
I did some more reading and came upon some folks having issues as well on the keto forums. One girls seems to be doing what your doing is is working good for her, even on her keto diet.

Then I thought, how are all your fiber, veggies and fruit intake compared to just meats and protein?
In for results though.Last edited by wellshii; 06-10-2018 at 11:17 AM.

I followed the amazing gallbladder and liver flush.
I’ve been eating balanced plan for months by reducing gluten, eating lean meat, lots of green veggies but not a lot of fruit. I have less inflammation all other.
I’m switching to keto cycling. 1-2 weeks on keto, 1-2 weeks to higher protein and carb to less fat ratio....it’s an experiment.

Not saying the whole process cant be useful for some ppl that have some nasty eating habits.

Very interesting
I "always" thought this was the case. . . . . . It didn't seem feasible that a "handful" of stones would just fall out our a**
Although, I do think there is some positives to this - GGR, thank you for posting back on your results with this. . . I always wanted to know what the did & now I know
