What do you do about the midnight munchies?
Made the transition back into weight training about two days ago. It's about 3:00am and I wake up with mild hunger, I know what my body is asking for lol.
Made 5 eggs (OK so my stomach talked me into it OK) and tucking back in for what I will know will be a mad dash for breakfast in about 5ish hours.
What's your go to for midnight munchies?

A shake sitting on the nightstand if I'm still in bed or if I'm vertical I'll opt for grilled hamburger mashed up with rice.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Whole milk and cookies. Not the macros i should be getting but its my favorite midnight snack. And i dont feel guilty when im bulking. Chips ahoy are my favorite cookie. Shit i think i might have some right now
