If I am pressed for time and wearing work clothes and boots: I will just drop-trou for squats. Since I am the only one in the dungeon it's a non issue.
The old lady will happen bye upon occasion, but when I'm training she always looks at me like I have three heads anyway.....
Never pass up opportunity to bust balls. Hope all is well.

I saw a guy wearing a mask during workout you know what thats about? Cause I check on Amazon and it says it helps make your lungs stronger. Any ideas??

From what I understand it starves you for air and makes the lungs work harder. I have heard different opinions on the mask if it actually helps or hurts your training.

Not sure if it's the same thing but I've seen people use masks who were planning to do high altitude climbing / hiking so they try to mimic the same activity level in the gym.
