    They Shall Not Grow Old

Not sure if anyone else saw this one that is coming but I will not be missing it. What a way to bring this back to see what they went through during that time.

Been out for a while now but I still not had a chance to see it. I did watch a few more previews though and the last comment in this trailer sums up why the world is different today.

    Incredible restoration.
That was clearer than ww2 in color.

Haven’t seen it yet. But it’s on my list of things to watch if I ever sit still long enough to watch TV.

I finally had a chance to watch this. It is, by far, the most incredible thing I have ever seen. What an absolutely amazing achievement. The attention to detail in creating this is incredible. Using professional lip readers to determine what people in the footage were saying together with the film enhancement technology made the film look like it had been shot recently. The archived oral history recitations from actual WWI veterans (from 50+ years ago) describing life from enlistment through rotation into the trenches really brought the story to life. War is always hell and if you ever had any doubt because you did not experience it yourself this is a good reminder.

I can not recommend this enough.
