Humm this is a tough one! OBS has done a lot to keep the board relevant, active, and advise is pretty good (Didn't like his a$$ pic though). GearHead great advise (sometimes over my head), very active, supports his advise with facts. Kiel and charger are in the older gentleman category with me, so their advise is relevant to me and often sets me on the right path. But I have to pick just one. I have to give the nod to OBS especially after he recently brought some new members to the board.
for the female side I would say I don't follow them real close, have only recently interacted with PB and kitty in the comps. So my vote would be an uneducated vote so I won't place it.
I know how time consuming it can be to interact in all areas of this board. So those of you that do it my hats off to you!

It's tough to narrow it down to just one person but if assessing who's given me the most valuable info then I gotta to give it to GH. He is thorough in his descriptions and takes time to help people out and one can tell he puts effort into his posts so I gotta give it to him.
Some other considerations would be Obs for personality (I've always considered him the cool "crazy" uncle of the group lol), Charger for his ambition (we have similar aspirations as I want to follow in his foot steps by competing in NPC shows), Scotch for consistency and he won me over with some solid advice unrelated to bodybuilding that he gave a young buck who was struggling with a breakup (I love being inspired and that shit inspired me!), Cape also for consistency and bluntness (people too often dance around what they're trying to say, not with Cape lol), and I'm sure I'm forgetting some people so if you've helped me out let me take this opportunity to say thank you!
Oh and for the female vote, the only female on here I've really had any interaction with would be PeanutbutterDC and she's a pretty badass chick so gotta give it to her!
