ground hog day.. do the same thing every single day for 10 years straight.. eat all the food every single day all day long. pin your gear. train your ass off. every single day without fail . wake up 10 years from now and your a beast.
the 10 years is just a blur , it was like one long ass day and everything was the same.

I hate to let her down but some things she asks I cannot do.

Aww that's cute! I have an old end of school year "comments from kids" thing from when my son was real young. He said, and I'll paraphrase "My dad eats a lot of chicken. When I grow up I'm not gonna eat that much chicken." Hysterical stuff. His teacher made a point to show it to me.

the whole 'how hard can you punch' thing in the video is silly , the strength is impressive
We all know the thumbnails are bs lol, but on a serious not have you seen the history channels strongest men series? I seen the one where they are overhead pressing on the smith machine pretty sure its either 195 or 205 lb for the most reps. Id like to know and then try myself. I know Eddie by far has some of the strongest if not the strongest delts on the planet and he inclined bench 315 like 21 times i think...interesting stuff

    That’s what I’m saying...
We might need to start some kind of New Years strength challenge around here

    You look awesome man.
I hear people say they are definitely in the top 1% but come on... It's more like the top .0001% in the case of guys like you.

    1% would be 1 in 100.
Even at the gym I attended which was large. No one there had my lbm unless they were 6'6 or more.

One time I talked to an iranian truck driver passing through that absolutely had the gift. I know he wasnt on. I asked him if he competed. He said, "compete in what?"

He said he never even thought about competeing in anything and just started working out because all the guys in his industry were fat as hell.

He was maybe 20% bf and a couple inches shorter at probably 260-270lb.

He was an absolute freak of nature for anatural guy. You could have put him on a cut and he would have walked into his pro card.

I watched him every second he was there and waited until he left the shower to talk to him because I wasn't about to interrupt his workout. That guy was one of the social media types that makes us insecure lol.

    They are so rare.

He thanked me a lot and I told him he needed to start looking into bodybuilding at a pro level two or three times. Whatever he made in that truck he could have doubled very quickly at small shows with a little fat loss.

When the true genetic gift passes by, (as a builder) it makes your eyes bug out, (shuddup charger).

Anyway you are a lot bigger than you think and one of the very very few on the planet with calves to match.

Don't be hard on yourself or I will quit.
