so this thanksgiving week bulk was not near enough time .. lets just keep going for the whole month of December.

diet
carbs carbs carbs .. rice and potatos with every meal. white bread sandwiches as a snack. pop tarts pre and post workout. lots of Mac and cheese..
steak and ground beef. don't waste your time with chicken and fish this month.

training
2 a day sessions (at least a couple times per week) . mix up pump based high volume workouts in the morning and say higher intensity heavy working sets in the evening. hit each muscle group at least twice per week.
get 8+ hours of sleep .

ditch the cardio all together for this month


STOP drinking your damn gallon of water per day.. drink water for thirst only, but then mainly drink Gatorade, fruit juices, and milk (lactose free choc milk is great for gains).. if your going to drink anyways you might as well get the extra cals and nutrients.

butter . stop cooking your food with pam spray . use real butter.. soak everything in lots of butter and tons of salt (30 pounds in 30 days mother F'ers , don't skimp on the salt and butter)


fiber - take a fiber supplement like species nutrition 'fiberlyze' once per day. but for the most part don't eat or take in fiber with your foods.. you can also add a greens/reds supplement . but don't fill yourself up on veggies when you need to eat a pound of steak and 2 cups of rice with every meal


take in fast acting protein and carbs upon waking up first thing in the morning .. also a large bolus of carbs right before bed can help you sleep (add slow digesting protein like fatty steaks or dairy before bed as well).
