December bulking challenge - 30 pounds in 30 days
so this thanksgiving week bulk was not near enough time .. lets just keep going for the whole month of December.
who is on board with me to get as massive as possible for the month of December
what drugs are you going to take? what do your meals and macros look like? whats your training look like?
my recommendations
1500mg test
50mg Anadrol per day
40mg Dbol per day
25mg Tren a per day
25mg MK677 per day
30iu slin
diet
carbs carbs carbs .. rice and potatos with every meal. white bread sandwiches as a snack. pop tarts pre and post workout. lots of Mac and cheese..
steak and ground beef. don't waste your time with chicken and fish this month.
training
2 a day sessions (at least a couple times per week) . mix up pump based high volume workouts in the morning and say higher intensity heavy working sets in the evening. hit each muscle group at least twice per week.
get 8+ hours of sleep .
ditch the cardio all together for this month
STOP drinking your damn gallon of water per day.. drink water for thirst only, but then mainly drink Gatorade, fruit juices, and milk (lactose free choc milk is great for gains).. if your going to drink anyways you might as well get the extra cals and nutrients.
butter . stop cooking your food with pam spray . use real butter.. soak everything in lots of butter and tons of salt (30 pounds in 30 days mother F'ers , don't skimp on the salt and butter)
fiber - take a fiber supplement like species nutrition 'fiberlyze' once per day. but for the most part don't eat or take in fiber with your foods.. you can also add a greens/reds supplement . but don't fill yourself up on veggies when you need to eat a pound of steak and 2 cups of rice with every meal
take in fast acting protein and carbs upon waking up first thing in the morning .. also a large bolus of carbs right before bed can help you sleep (add slow digesting protein like fatty steaks or dairy before bed as well).
anyhow , who is on board for the December bulk ?

Physically impossible for me, stomach would rupture from all the force feeding and my physique would probably go to shit haha.
Im shooting for 10 , realistically speaking staying some what hard. But i will definitely follow the protocol
1250 test mg
Unknown dbol dosage
Mast (for E2 controlling) 300mg
Low dose tren (very low dose for protein synthesis, nutrient efficiency)

I considered this for about fifteen seconds, then my girlfriend reminded me that I MIGHT make it to the 15th before I wanted to put down the rice and beef and eat a bullet instead.

well when used properly , insulin is probably the safest and least side effect drug we can use (let alone also being the most anabolic yet cost effective).
I think its a bit over exaggerated in the bodybuilding world about the 'danger' of insulin. when really theres like a billion people on this planet that use insulin every single day without issues.. if a 12 year old diabetic kid can manage his own insulin use safely and be trusted to do so , then I'm sure your average bodybuilder can as well.

Count me in lol, in already up 12 kgs since start of the cycle
Pulled 240 kg deads yday, gotta update my log
I stopped counting food, i eat 1kg of beef or chicken every day, 5 eggs, 0.5l of choc milk with 2 scoops of whey, and the rest is carbs from potatoes, pasta, breads, bananas and vegies i eat shitloads
I cant stop my hunger, i can eat literally every hour, as soon as temperature dropped below 0 my apetite exploaded
At the end of the day i look 9 months pregnant
Strength keeps growing on a daily basis literally, since i left out AI my most successful cycle ever
P. S. I even wake up hungry during the night and eat and then back to sleep

If I get to count this weeks weight gain I’ll give it a go. Going to weigh tomorrow to see what the Tday week gain was.

yeah he had some weight gain challenge things he was doing, one was a 7 day thing the other was a 30 day thing .. guess its coincidental, my 30 pound weight gain challenge is simply based on me being 30 pounds down right now from where I was last thanksgiving. I lost a lot of muscle over the summer. being its muscle memory and I'm just trying to gain old weight back, I think it can come on fairly fast. but I'm also doubtful because of my stomach and digestion issues.
and yes, insulin is pretty useful in such a situation
