    Headaches

    Sup Bros!
Maybe someone could help shed some light in helping a Bro out.
Lately I been having triggered headaches that only come at night when temperature drops.
It starts out very small on the side of the head and tension in the neck appears , it usually lasts a few minutes then it goes away, sometimes it can last longer.
A hot and cold shower takes it away.
Has anyone encountered such a fucked up symptom.?
And what to do?? Steroid ... Deca ???
    Thanks in advance

Any sensitivity to light? The English word "migraine" comes from the Latin "hemicrania," meaning pain in the side of the head. One of the typical presentations of migraines is that it's just one side of the head that hurts. So whenever someone mentions a headache on just one side, I start thinking migraine.

Which also usually is accompanied by sensitivity to light.

I had the flu in December and it lingered for a month with fatigue, exhaustion, lack of appetite, a little nausea but the most troubling thing was being cold sensitive. I took five hot showers a day for three weeks. I've never been cold intollerant, I wasn't running a fever and my temp was in normal range. I just felt debilitated and scared every time I sensed cold. Eventually I got all my blood tests early, ran an STD panel and came up as expected with BW and clear on the other. My doc has IV therapies, I got a vit B and Glutathione IV which may have been a placebo, but it turned the corner for me.

Have you checked your blood pressure? I recommend to check it in the morning, when you don't have a headache, and at night, and compare the results. In case you see the difference, I guess, it is better to visit a doctor. What medicine do you use? I can suggest trying CBD products. Personally I use CBD oil in order to relieve pain and beat my insomnia, and it works great for me.

The one sided symptom sounds like cluster headaches to me, but they tend to be prolonged, and they absolutely suck.
