    You mean change the percentage? Or what?

    If I'm eating 4000 calories at 40% Protein, 40% carbs, 20% fat... and I gain weight in a way I'm happy with, then no. I don't adjust the percentages.

    If I'm eating 4000 calories at 40% Protein, 20% carbs, 40% fat... and I gain weight in only in my belly, then yes. I do change things.

    I just eat whatever looks “healthy” now

    Rn I am writing all my cals out for self accountability

    Usually it comes out a little under 2k cal 150 carbs 50 fat grams & about 150+ grams of protein
