What’s the total macros? At a glance it looks light on fats.
Consider posting in the diet section as well

So, here goes ... Duckling here in Brazil is the name of the 95% lean part of beef, if I'm not mistaken ... Many names change depending on the countries we are in ...
Sorry bro. I apologize .... About the chicken breast I meant that I weigh it on the scale still raw...

Need your stats (height, weight, bf%) and goals-- and for you to include macros (protein, carbs, and fats broken down by meal) to really critique it.
The only thing I would offer right away is that in my opinion protein powder can never replace a real food item in any meal.
I'd advise making up a couple of 'extra' meals that still fit in to your overall plan and macros for the day. Nice to be able to change things up a little bit here and there and gives you some flexibility if you go the to store and they're out of something you needed for one or two of your meals.
It's been years since I cared to diet like that and I still fcuking hate sweet potatoes. I've found I greatly prefer fish and rice to chicken and potatoes. It's easier for me to get down and the lower density of fish and slightly higher GI of rice seems to leave me with more of an appetite when my next mealtime arrives.

The protein powder I only take when I wake up bro ... But thanks for your advice ..... Ah I like sweet potatoes, it is very tasty roasted even more with barbecue sauces...
