Who wants to start a cult/compound with me

we will work together .. find some land, lots of land. and build cabins to live in, plant gardens, build schools for the kids..
we don't need to build a church because no building is necessary to worship God
""Jesus replied, “believe me, a time is coming when you will worship the Father neither on this mountain nor in Jerusalem.""
    Matthew 4:21

we will have flourishing gardens , live off the land and be free. freedom of worship... and freedom to buy plenty of steroids and have a really bad ass gym built!!

who wants to join me . lets build a compound and community and leave this stupid govt over controlled society behind .

    ^ kinda kidding, kinda serious

no rules set by man ... the 20,000 rules on the law books today are bullshit ... the only rule is the 10 that were written down in the 10 commandments of God . don't need no over complication here . thats why God only wrote down 10 with his own hand (yet he has the ability to write down a million laws)..

your never ruled by another . your ruled by your own conscience

I guess that anonymity might be attained, so long as you kept it small. But the more participants / followers attracted to the community / cult, the more conspicuous it becomes...

My guess is that it would have to be kept small to have any possibility of success...

I read all of this, and many other posts, and I feel in good company here, gents. You make me feel right at home; the majority of you.

Many of us on here are truly anachronism in nature; trapped in the modern era with laden with it's limitations and laws...

In my adulthood I have come to realize that there was a true meaning behind my crude drawings of a cabin in the wild; my telling my mom that I wanted to live in the Yukon Territory... Ahhhh, the sublime beauty and clarity of childhood...

    GH, I'm in...!!!

Anytime you get a group together with common ideology that goes against the system it is quick to be labeled. Once labeled and subjected to stigmas associated with said label, they become easy targets for the government. It’s happened time and time again in the modern era.
    The government hates competition...

(Not advocating for the disgusting pedo shit that guys like Koresh and Warren Jeffs participated in - they deserved everything they got - sick fucks).

But when common men and woman start to assemble and stage, the government is quick to come up with labels.

right on point... the BEAST of revelation, the beast system wants absolute control and worship, , and the false prophet , the philosophy and ideology that the beast is your savior and you must bow down..

I'm not going to bow down and worship the beast.

What you are suggesting is similar to a Hare Krishna community. The temple that I lived in 5 years ago was on its own island.

The Masons have a building in the centre of my town here, and there's a second bigger building only about 5 miles away. I haven't been interested in joining.

There is also a Quaker building not far from me.

    BEAUTIFUL...!!!

    THIS post sealed the thread.

In fact, this could be part of the sales pitch. "Hey, we've even got Kool Aid; all you can drink."

It is a mark of my age that I can remember when this appeared on the news...

Or, how about that other small cult from California (I want to say Del Mar, N of SD), a really small affair, like 8 people? These geniuses off'd themselves while the Hale Bop comet was whizzing across the southwestern sky... They dressed up in Star Trek uniforms and took an IV cocktail of sedatives, if my memory serves me correctly. They were under the belief that there was a space ship behind the comet as it was passing by the earth. I remember one night walking out from one of the climbing areas in J-tree, and there were all these people with these really big telescopes. I had the chance to look through one of them and it was pretty amazing, but it didn't inspire me to take my own life.

I"ll never forget that night when this happened... I was in Las Vegas, to climb at Red Rocks; basically in the middle of a 1 month climbing extravaganza which included Joshua tree NM, Red Rocks and Tahquitz / Suicide Rocks. It must have been early spring, because it was cold and there was still snow at Tahquitz.

    Memorable trip...

Ehhm Doc Antle ring any bells? Tiger king? Even sports. It’s why I never understood the obsession with sports. Guess that’s why I enjoy individual activities like bodybuilding (or masturbation) more. Government is just a sophisticated, highly organized cult or tribe if you think about it.
