Ny gyms back open

Gyms here on long island (well atleast my gym) opened yesterday. I just got home from my 2nd day back and feeling SORE lol. I went from push ups for like 4 months to going full throttle with whatever weight my body would allow me to move. So fuckin glad to be back. I was feeling pretty depressed for a while there. Just ordered a cycle of npp and tbol and im gonna pack some fuckin size back on. Lost like 15lbs during this god damn nonsense.

Phew. Anyway that was it. I need to get back into getting on here daily. I miss this crew. Ive been working 12 hours a day 7 days a week for 2 months straight (im not exaggerating) but im fuckin done doing that idc who i piss off. I need to lift.

Yep im not worried. I think im at 80% of what i was before the democrat induced shutdown. I’ll be right back in no time.

Thanks brother. Just cruising on 200 mgs a test for now. Waiting to get the clear on my pet scan and my energy levels back up and then I’m not sure what I’m going to run!

Either test, Deca , mast and Dbol .

Or Test, DHB, mast and Var. Too hot for Tren , I’ll save that for February

Well, in CA we will probably remained closed until December... unless they are open outside.
I was just told that the state told gyms to expect the order to be in effect until the end of the year.

I also know that if they are going to have a football season (high school) that it won’t start until January here in CA.

I will hopefully have my home gym built by then. LOL

Even if my house was big enough for a home gym, i was actually really starting to miss the social aspect of the gym. Its weird how you get used to lifting with the same guys and not even know some of their names lol. But everyones just on the same page

I hear ya. But the gyms legally closed in March, opened for 3 weeks and have been closed since then. .../ unless they opened outside.
I am not going to let a governor determine if I lift or not..... I’m making my own gym.... and fucking buying a belt squat machine. LOL

Thank god! i started back at mine on Tuesday and am sore AF today even tho i was working out the entire time just had to change up the exercises. whole time off i dropped 15 lbs but maintained most of my strength.

Gyms are scheduled to open in NJ Sept 1st.

Face masks, social distancing and 25% of occupancy allowed.

Im assuming there is going to be a line out the door.
