Rip brother, gone way way to soon. He was only 49 years old.

I saw that and remembered he had a heart attack last year from blood clots. He was a smart genuine nice person. RIP

Blood clots? Id love to know if he recently got his Covid shot. There is a lot more of that going around than what the media is reporting. One of my coworkers husband also died from blood clots the day after getting his vaccine and I have heard from a few others who have friend or relatives who died. I still dont know anyone who know anyone personally who knows someone who has died from Covid though. Makes you think....

RIP. I remember his heart attack last year. Both of his parents died in their 40's/early 50's from clotting issues I believe, although his mom was a drug addict according to John. So, I think part of it was genetics and part of it was lifestyle. I've seen cases of clotting issues from the vaccine or covid itself, but not sure if it or didn't play a role here. Either way, many bodybuilders have died from pulmonary embolisms just in the last few years, and many more we don't even know about cause they're not famous. When a guy like John passes away so young, I hope it's a wake up call for most of us to take it easy and enjoy life more.

Damn it, he was an awesome person!! Wouldn't be surprised if the clotting wasn't anything other than genetic unless he had AFib from the prior heart attack.

Really a huge asset to the lifting community. Prayers for his wife and twin sons.

Still never heard of em, but that doesn’t justify such a early death in any way - every time I hear anyone under 60 come down with something or pass, it just stings real hard
