    Immune system stack

Would like to know what everyone has had success with to boost the immune system? I have been taking a multivitamin and airborne daily but I have been sick 3 times in the past 2 months so I feel like I’m just throwing my money away.

I haven’t been on aas for about 9 months now so I can’t blame it on high testosterone lol. I do have a 1 year old son who goes to daycare and I’m sure he brings a lot of stuff home with him lol. I am absolutely sick of being sick!!!

Every day I take nascent iodine, zinc and vitamin D3.

You should also try to stay away from atrazine, fluoride, micro-plastics, preservatives and vaccines. They all lower your natural immunity.

Also allow your body to be “dirty”. Be out in the elements and get dirty. People that spend to much time in offices and clean environments more often than not tend to get sick more than people who live on the land.

I take multi Aminos, multi vitamins as well as zinc and D3. Not Every day because Im terrible at always remembering but at least 3x a week.
Honestly cant remember the last time I was sick except sort of for a couple weeks in Dec 2018 after spending time in Hong Kong with covid like symptoms but mild.

Avoid stress. Get proper amounts of sleep. Proper nutrition. A multi-vitamin isn’t going to hurt, but has no research to back a claim of improved immune system function if you have a balanced diet. Smoking interferes with your respiratory systems ability to protect itself. If there was a proven way, the pharmaceutical companies would have been profiting off of it for daily usage. They ain’t, that should tell you something.

I think stress has been a huge contributing factor in how many times I’ve gotten sick this year. Unfortunately, I don’t see it going away anytime soon.

There is no such thing. Staying healthy is 50% about what NOT take, 40% stress and only 10% garlic, omega3, turmeric, ginger, vit C, the hormon Vit D etc, acording to my new guru, Dr Sten Ekberg.

There is nothing u can take to solve an issue from something u took, in the long run.
Short term, booster vit C etc migth work, he says.

Maybe that also goes for liverdetox. Ive read that Bostin Loyd never ever used nac, tudca etc.
And more is not better. 5 gs of vit C, is a waist. U only need enough.

If u ask me, garlic and vit D do the trick. But..if u stress a lot and eats crap. Ull get sick anyway.

Unfortunately I think you’re right… I think the stress is what gets me… I do everything else right but I let myself get way too stressed out.

You’re off test? You’ve been on for a while, weren’t you?

Stress - well, I don’t even kno where to start

Today I picked up a pack of smokes < first in months upon months. . . But, we all deal with stress differently

A friend of mine stressed himself to a severe ulcer & all kinds of other GI issues

    So yeah,

Considering I’m alive & intact post a brain hemorrhage

I don’t know wtf to say - try to take a different approach, I suppose

I’ve actually been off more than I’ve been on the past couple years… testosterone brings my sperm count to zero, even with hcg so I’ve been using Clomid and got my wife pregnant with our first kid in 2019 and now she is pregnant again with our second and last child. It’s still very early so I am waiting to make sure everything is ok with this pregnancy before I jump back on gear and shut myself down again.

But after this I will never be coming off testosterone again! It’s been a couple years of hell and not feeling like myself, and all the lost size and strength doesn’t make me feel very good either. The gym is such a big part of my life, my identity, and who I am it’s been tough putting it on the back burner.

I remember you telling me about your friend in my other thread about alcohol and stress… it’s absolutely crazy what stress can do.

Stress, yeah, that sounds about right. I had problems controlling my mood when I was younger and used weed to help me relax and find peace. That continued for 20 years. On September 14th I quit weed and that stress buffer was now gone. Over the last 3-4 months I was hospitalized with appendicitis, followed by shingles, followed by a headache that lasted a month and daily stomach pain and nausea. I just more recently started feeling better. I think most of these issues were caused by my abrupt cessation of mj and the resultant inability for my mind to relax. I haven’t been on a cycle in almost 6 months, so it wasn’t high test for me, neither.

I don’t think I’m built to handle stress… I make very good money but it’s at the expense of everything else in my life. Making decent money and being able to provide for my family makes me feel good and gives me a sense of accomplishment but, everything else suffers.

Sounds very very familiar, kinda why I’m considering a career/life change

My wife hasn’t worked a single day since my son was born - today he turns 10, and apparently I’m not having more kids - not without serious changes to myself. It seems to be for the best of things tho - I believe in fait a lot more after coming back from where most don’t.

It all started with great intentions, but now - oh wtf

It’s ok - I’m not stressing it. Lol

I was considering coming off & going for another kid with my wife - but, it seems to me like it’s not in my cards currently for a reason.

I’m not sure of exactly what I will do, but I have plenty of opportunities that I never even noticed before. We’re all different, but so the same - wtf do I have to stress compared to the folks in my medical support group? We have mothers of kids who never even made it to a decade old - to young bucks, barely 18 about to get a cranial resection < and, I have shit to worry about

We all just need to keep going - there’s no other choice. Well, some think there are - that’s why my closest friends are all dead & gone - or, just dead to me. All of this over the years really callused me up - they’re gone, and I can just feel it - while no one else cares & life/time just passes

Figure it out, cause no one else will

You could have started with that one. Lol. That’s all it is really. When my daughter started kindergarten I was sick all the damn time. It’s a very well known and actual thing.

I changed what music I listen to and have been listening to it more often, has helped alot. Some Motown/Soul/ZZ Top.

Unfortunately I think it’s going to take more than music to put my crazy mind at ease lol
