    Can the old man still compete?

    I am still planning on competing- it’s in my blood.
    I am starting my last bulk for the competition at the end of August. I was just off cycle and had bloods. It looks good for me to go on cycle.
    Using the GearHead Phase cycling. Starting the estrogen phase for 6 weeks, then going to androgen phase. Evaluating at that point to see where I am at and then decide how to continue.

    The estrogen phase of the cycle so far has not caused too much water retention. Taking Dbol only on leg days. ( plus the test for the estrogen phase)
    I hit a plateau on legs so I need to change things up.

    I really like that idea, I would do go back and forth with drol/dbol . 2 compound’s that work great when used intelligently.

    Anadrol is my favorite. It makes me look full. I am going to use preparing for competition and it hopefully will do its thing in single digit fat %.
