I take His existence on faith. If they find a way to prove Him with a mathematical theorem/postulate or other branch of science, more power to them.

Early part of my life was purely faith and what was taught to me at church. It’s not till I felt God that I became a true believer. I feel very fortunate/blessed to have had and continue to have that feeling.

I'm at a cross roads . I do believe in God . My cross road is that I've been talking to a Muslim and some of the stuff they believe makes sense. I'm not saying I'm gonna go muslim , but it does make sense such as the Jesus wasn't on the cross that it was the man who helped Jesus carry the cross

God - Never met em. Lol

But, I died - I can def tell you what happens after.

We have a soul - but, it’s nothing like I have ever heard or seen covered by any type of religious explanation.

I truly always wanted to know what happens after we croak - now I know. It just makes this life more precious - you only get one. Heaven/Hell - yes, but nothing anyone anywhere has ever mentioned. But, you def don’t wanna be in the 2nd - what/who decides that? I don’t know - I just got to pass through

Man if you really think these man made religions know anything about our existence, you are really mislead. God has nothing to do with religion, and whatever God is, exists separate from any made up character religions invented. It’s not Jesus, it’s not Allah, it’s not Zeus… there have literally been thousands of Gods in human’s existence, but there is only 1 true God. Nobody on this planet knew or will ever know.

I wasn’t raised religious and I’ve never been religious, but like many troubled 15-yeah olds, I had a lot of doubt about the meaning of life, what the point of it all is. I was really having a tough time mentally and would go to sleep telling “God” that I wouldn’t mind if I didn’t wake up the next day. One night I was really messed up and said in my head as I lay there at night “what’s the point of all this? Why are we here.” And I was in deep mental anguish and suddenly I saw myself from above and the view went further and further away until I could see our planet in my head. I suddenly understood and it made perfect sense and I felt immediate relief. I said to myself, “wow! I need to tell everyone this message tomorrow.” It was just like those dreams where you know you’re dreaming and you tell yourself to remember the dream.. but when I woke up a few minutes later, that wisdom disappeared and all I was left with was the feeling of peace and having understood the meaning but no longer knowing what that meaning was. That’s the closest I’ve come to “God” as someone who never much believed or practiced.

It’s very tough for me to say “I’m glad for what happened to me” - but, I am - I don’t know what makes me so “lucky”. But, I’m taking it & running with it

Considering, I am still the way I am physically. Just came back from Disneyland pushing 4g’s on roller coasters that made my wife sick af + I’m still able to be with son + work my ass off to have what I want

When my dad died he made his presence known . The windows would pop open , the pull down shades would open and one of my cats at the time would rub on the counter as if my dad was there . I believe in heaven , I believe in hell . I believe u can get out of hell. I think if u let go of everything that troubled you as a human , your doubts your fear , anger you'll get to go to heaven from hell.

I've had some pretty bad things happen to me and i am happy they happened . A weaker person would have offed themselves . I joke with relatives saying I am God's cockroach . I know I'll die laughing and I know I'll go to heaven.

I denied God for so long and my life was a mess, now every night before bed I pray and read on how to further serve God. My life has much improved since I became closer to God.

I also believe all religions are worshipping the same God. Everyone just uses different names. Kinda like how your mom calls her dad dad but u call him grandpa . Its all the same God it's just different people heard different things from him because they needed to .

I have no hate for Christians or Muslims and I help most anyone who asks if I can.

I always tell people we are the miracle and must act that way . Out of all the planets and galaxies and so far we are the only intelligent ones . It's for a reason , we all have our reason . Whether it's to help people or hurt people God put us here

We take steroids not wanting to die early, but it's a big risk we end up taking! ......For those who are religious, facing death knowing that they can go to hell is something to fear. And the feeling at the time of danger is to ask God for forgiveness for sins. But we are so ungrateful that the next day we go back to using steroids and doing the same wrong things. Lucky for us is that God's mercies have no end, because they are renewed every morning.

I tend to try to correct my mistakes. I'm kind of autistic atleast that's what everyone tells me and I'll randomly be like BOOM out of no where . Idk why I do it but I realized it scared my cats and I quit doing it .
I'm like the most self aware person simply because I want to be the best me possible. Idk I think finding religion made me a better person . I'm not as worried about material items or cash. God will give me what I need when I need it and steer me in the right direction

U repeat gods lesson until you've learned

No such thing as an Omnipotent God. I would say more but I don't care. Believe what you need to believe, if it makes you a better person great, if it makes you full of hate you have just proved the first sentence of my post. Most people prove the first sentence of my post.

I believe with all my soul in the biblical God, the ONLY sovereign is what keeps me standing to face the tribulations of this world. My hope is in Him, believe me if I were an Atheist or I didn't believe in hell, I would have already ended my own life, in my depressive moments.

Every day when I wake up in the morning I thank you, my prayers are not very long, but the main thing I do, thank you GOD for giving me health to face this day and allowing me to open my eyes .

You are free to disagree with others that believe differently from you.

Thank you for posting your viewpoint in a respectful manner. Some people are incapable of that.

I’ve long thought of hate (and other “negative” emotions) as being part of our experience to understand and overcome. I personally think those emotions as well as other tragedies that we see daily as a process that God has given us; as to learn to deal with them and be benevolent to others experiencing the same. Lovbyts mentioned miracles that many of us fail to see daily, in a previous post. Overcoming tragedy, negativity & growing from it can be a miraculous thing imo.

Part of what makes the US the greatest country in the world is the freedom of religion. You have the right to believe in and subscribe to whatever higher power you feel like. As long as it doesn’t hurt anyone you can be an atheist, a druid, a Mormon, Muslim, Christian, Catholic or even devil worshiper for all that I care. It doesn’t get any more personal and when you truly have “freedom of religion” (such a foundational component of why this country was founded) you are free to believe in whatever you want. Now when you radicalize, push your agenda or harm woman, children or your fellow man in the pursuit of your higher power, then we have a problem. Ask Warren Jeffs, David Koresh, Charles Manson or Jon Jones how it worked out, even countless Catholic priests or Christian evangelists. I don’t do a vengeful god or one that requires pain, punishment or corporal mortification. It’s personal and some type of balance between nature, east and west. Like AG said, it’s faith based and I don’t see how mathematics is part of the equation. If you do though, then more power to you.
Impossible discussion and one that should happen over a joint and a campfire

I meant the stuff where Jesus wasn't actually crucified in the quran because God wouldn't allow one of the messiah to die a horrible death. They believe he switched places with either his brother or Cyrene the man that helped carry his cross

You don't know how many times I have said "72 virgins?? Man, that's some bull sh!t right there! If I was gonna blow myself up for some self serving false prophet, I want 72 pornstars!"

Female pornstars. No homo. Not that there's anything wrong with that if it's your thing. I'm not judging, just saying, if I am blowing myself up, I'm going to expect Shyla Stylez, Christy Canyon, etc not someone who doesn't know their way around a weiner.

And in their prime, none of this "well, she was 85 years old when she passed away" BS

After getting nailed by a Daisy Cutter, Osama made his way
to the pearly gates. There, he is greeted by George Washington.

"How dare you attack the nation I helped conceive!" yells Mr.
Washington, slapping Osama in the face.

Patrick Henry comes up from behind. "You wanted to end the
Americans' liberty, so they gave you death!" Henry punches
    Osama on the nose.

James Madison comes up next, and says "This is why I allowed
the Federal government to provide for the common defense!"
He drops a large weight on Osama's knee.

Osama is subject to similar beatings from John Randolph of
Roanoke, James Monroe, and 65 other people who have the
same love for liberty and America. As he writhes on the ground,
Thomas Jefferson picks him up to hurl him back toward the gate
where he is to be judged.

As Osama awaits his journey to his final very hot destination,
he screams "This is not what I was promised!"

An angel replies "I told you there would be 72 Virginians
waiting for you. What did you think I said?"

I don't think "thou shall not pin gear" was one of the 10 Commandments. I will say that lying (even on the internet) is a sin though. Like for instance, let's say a couple months ago, you were on here asking for advice on how to dose gear. Fast forward to a couple days ago, you're telling people on other threads that you've fought your brother in your past, because you were on 600mg of test.

By they way, the sinful action itself isn't the sin. It's the nature of the sin being in your soul that is. When you ask God for forgiveness, what you're doing is recognizing that you have it in your nature to commit that sin (usually because you did the action). That's only the act of contrition element. The next step is to make a voluntary commitment to purge the nature of the sin from your soul. Finally, you need to endure penance to engrain that commitment (and usually this also involves righting the wrongs that your sin has caused).

Without doing that, how sincere are you really in your asking for forgiveness?

    357 strikes again...!!!

I'm with you on the 72 pornstars (in their prime).

I have never been one who was into deflowering virgins... I much prefer someone who knows the game. Would you hire a guy to fix the roof of your house; a guy who has never been up a ladder...?

"I do believe in God as the unmoved mover and the Creator of the Universe, but it’s hard for me to believe in any particular religion. I used to be a nihilist and an atheist, but it doesn’t appeal to me anymore because I want there to be the Creator and some power that’s bigger than we all are and which we are a part of.
I tried many religions and even attended churches like firstchurchlove.com Buddhist or Muslim holy places, but they didn’t move me in any direction. Faith is something internal that doesn’t depend on knowledge or proof. It’s different from the mind and brain. It’ prably in something people call a soul. I just hope that one day I will find the right place for me and internal peace. "

God gave up on me as I have given up on him.
He’ll judge me soon enough when I die.

I think it's important to make a distinction between the imagination of God and God herself.
Even atheists and agnostics have imagined what God is like, and I wouldn't believe you if you said there was a person who hadn't engaged in such speculative thought (except maybe for the mentally infirm).

I can't prove that God exists but I can tell you that I've seen her.

I use the feminine pronoun because I consider mother nature to be feminine.
