HOW LONG have you been using steroids!?

How many cycles? If you’re blasting and cruising how long have you been on the sauce without a break?

4 years from 2018-2022. Ran around 6-8 cycles. Dropped to 125-150 mg/week between cycles.

TRT since 2015. 3 cycles only, returning to TRT at 150mg. / week in between. Was using HGH with the TRT and with the final 2 cycles, but dropped it, likely for good. Currently coasting along at 100/wk.

    You a cop?

I was blasting and cruising from 2009-2016. Now I'm at the point in my life, where I start caring about health and trying to live to be an old man. So I'm only doing TRT through my doctor. I even stopped doing the deca .

Do you know much about your family history health wise? Particularly cardiovascular, blood pressure & any problems with lipid control? Any family history issues with diabetes type 2 and high blood sugar? But face it, you’re technically “obese”, so the heart disease has begun.

    Was about 2010 or 2011 when I was about 20 or 21.

Just last month I got prescription anavar and growth hormone to add to my prescription test and hcg .

I found a hell good doctor. He is expensive but he gives you whatever you want.

It is stupid how the legal and illegal literally only takes a letter from a doctor.

I wasnt on gear the solid 10 bro. Blast and cruise is different than just your average gym rat doing a “cycle” once a year to get in shape for summer. I used to do that i think i did around 5 cycles before i jumped on trt in 2016 and then blast and cruised starting in 2019 so we are in 2023 thats 4 years solid blast/cruise

Oh I get it. I’ve replaced 2 hips and can barely brush my hair or put a coffee cup on the top shelf. Eating soup is the latest casualty - but I’d do it the same way again.

By obese I meant your body weight, not that you (or a family member) is fat.

I just asked because you seemed to be concerned with permanent damage. It’s started, simply because of your size. Do your blood work (monitor your LDLs/HDLs), watch your hemoglobin a1c, and by all means stay on top of your blood pressure.

I personally don’t mind dying now from a heart attack. But pray I don’t suffer a stroke. Good luck.

After 4 years, anything off in your bloodwork (aside from the usual Test/Estradiol/FSH/LH)?

Don't you all know, it's even worse than that; Cuz is DEA...

Been on a lot of cycles (a lot, in my opinion) and cannot accurately guess the number, although I had numerous breaks due to my job, but oftentimes the work never interfered with my AAS use and abuse.

I guess that the longest "blast" was somewhere in the vicinity of 6 mos.

Since my join date on here

Came off once after the 1st cycle

Came off the 2nd time after my 2nd cycle which was about 3 months after the first & didn't get through PCT - got on very heavy dose cycles for over 5 years - months of close to a gram a week of tren + a gam of mast + test

Had my hemorrhage, dropped to under 200mg of test for about a year, then slowly added more gear - just test & var rn(200mg a week + 50mg daily)

Came off once, about 3+ months ago for 7 weeks - it sucked ass & recovery didn’t seem to be coming in any time close

Sorta, it was always barely under/over 140/80

I donated blood every other month & went anemic for a little bit - pulled back my donation frequency & dropped my doses to about 1/2

Yeah, around the time it happened I wasn’t on much juice - since the gyms closed down for COVId BS

I haven’t run any tren in two years - I tried the summer of 21. It was fire tren too - just like 50mg eod - I felt like I got shot. Just couldn’t take the cough & intensity. Dropped to 30mg eod - same shit

So, now I’m on TRT(tren replacement therapy) -
    Anything but tren. Lol

I’ll most likely try another run this summer. But, I don’t want the mental sides - especially now since I am trying my best to come off Xanax after being on for almost 3 years.

Hard to say because pre blast cruise i never gave a damm about bloodwork really had no reason but i do remember when i was 27 the doc was concerned with my kidneys so more than likely had a problem with them not directly related to AAS.

From 21 to 26 I did maybe 5 cycles. From about 27 or 28 I decided to “cruise” between cycles. That lasted until I was 29 and found out I had a sperm count of zero. I came off and we were able to get pregnant. I ran another cycle and stayed on a “cruise” dose again until I was 31 and it was time to have another one. After our last one was born, I started another cycle, then cruised, then blasted, and now currently cruising due to my reflux issues.

I don’t ever plan on coming off and don’t think I’ll be happy running my testosterone at anything less than 250mg a week but I do wonder if these issues I’m having now were caused by my use. And I really am starting to wonder how many years I’m taking off of my life just to stay big. No history of heart or cholesterol issues in my family. My blood pressure has always been perfect. I had my cholesterol checked a few years ago while on tren and it was fine. I’ve been terrible about donating blood, I just did it last week for the first time in four years. I really don’t want to have a stroke.. I’ll take a heart attack over a stroke any day of the week.

Ran two dumb bullshit cycles when I was 16 and 18.
Stopped and started trt at 33. Did one small properly planned cycle of 300 a week just to test waters.
Will continue to do trt/cycles until my balls turn purple and my heart blue.

I know, I have to be better. I did spend almost two of those years completely off gear to get my wife pregnant but still, I will be better. I have to say I’m not happy with the Red Cross. I stopped in before work one morning hoping to donate, there wasn’t anyone else there, the two nurses were just talking to each other, and the receptionist said they wouldn’t take me because I didn’t have an appointment. So I had to make an account and set up an appointment for later that day and miss some work. And it took almost two hours.

They literally have signs all over their parking lot about an extremely urgent need for blood and they turned me away.

I was turned away multiple times. Once my blood pressure was too high cause they had one address listed, and when I got there, it was a bowling alley. So I called and they’re like oh yeah it’s not there, so I had to drive somewhere else. Another time I drove an hour and get there 15 min before closing and I see their vehicle driving off. Another time they had too many people so they turned me away. I get constant texts, emails, and phone calls asking to donate but then half the time it’s a fluke.

Blasting and cruising for about 4 years now but I can say I do far less blasting and more cruising and feel better overall, I’m older than some of you guys and cruising is better for me, however I can say I hit some cycles in my twenties back in the 90’s and went 7 years without the sauce and had my biggest lifts naturally in my 30’s got introduced to Trt in 2018 and loved it but to your point being in my late 40’s health is a concern and I would argue the benefits of Trt all day long but when I’m blasting I know it’s not healthy and not worth what I’m risking, but yet I still do it…

I have my blood donations on a solid interval of 3-4 months. The place I go to is right on my block and they all know me now. Set an appointment & I’m in/out in 20-30 mins.

    Beats doing home blood letting

Fuck. Reminds me I need to donate. Haven’t, not once, since I started TRT……… with the occasional blast in between bloodwork. Idr how many years I’ve been on. Probably too damn long to never have had an oil change. But bloods have always looked good asides from the occasional high (not heart attack stroke level high) BP.

I feel like I’ve been very lucky as far as health issues for having been using gear on and off for over ten years now (can’t believe how fast time is flying by). Other than my acid reflux, which I can’t say for sure was caused by my aas use, all I get is acne on my back. Oh, and that nice little infertility scare which was awful, but thankfully I was able to get my sperm production to higher than average both times, so no harm no foul there. And I’m done having kids thank god so no more worries.
