    How are you even comparing the two? simpsons is the only cartoon to ever be on primetime (i think..?) family guy is funny as hell but the simpsons are in a lueage of thier own..

    what the hell is this post here for dammit. They are like peanut butter and jelly. They go together. Family guy rocks cause its always in that grey area on complete offensivveness. But since it went off the air it seems the simpsons took in that aspect. All i k now if if im ever paralyzed and bed ridden i want a loop of family guy and the simpsons play till i die.

    ok don't get me wrong i love the simpsons they are the Sh#t but after watching family guy they are not nearly as funny as they once were. i mean family guy is sterotypical raceist i mean if is the funniest show out there, but the simpson will deffently be remembered longer then family guy.

    everybody likes simpsons because they grew up to it and they got used to it but i myself personlay think that family guy is way funnier like someone in the earlier post said FG dares to go way beyond simpsons. And plus they play simpsons so many times that they practicly brain washed ppl with it

    I love them both. If the simpsons didnt get family guy cancelled then family guy would probably be the # 1 show on tv. I picked the simpsons cause they stood the test of time.

    i love family guy, but I gotta give it to the simpsons. just about every plot in family guy has been done in the simpsons. they both have their qualities though that make both hilarious.

    A divorce eh? Ouch... no fun there.

    Nothing much new for me... I switched jobs in january, I am now a full time firefighter... took a dive in salary so I'm now spending a lot of time working sidelike to make ends meet. Any time left is dedicated to my kid.

    Fortunately we got an OK gym in the station, so I can still train between calls. Thats a big plus with the new job
