Throwing up after a krazy workout?!?
Does anyone else have this problem. Because around once a week after a real heavy pump (whether im on sauce or not) I will get a little dizzy and throw up a bit.
Do you think this has something to do with me eating before I work out; or pushing myself too hard.

I get like that on leg day as well as back.................gotta be cuz of the amount of effort we put into those muscles............I dont eat before I workout.

hehe ive hurled plenty a times... make me realize I pushed myself hard. I love making other people puke.... no one wants to work legs with me anymore

It's definlity from pushing yourself too hard..............i've never actually thrown up......but i;ve gotten nauseous as hell..........especially on legs days..........5 miles on the treadmill, leg press.......then squats.......i feel like i'm gonna pass out

When you get all dizzy and shit, check your blood sugar levels for kicks...
I was getting that shit on heavy days, my insides would turn to mush, I'd wanna puke, cold sweats, almsot pass out...
Last time it happened one of the bros at the gym who is diabetic had his glucose-meter... I ran a strip and sure enough, blood sugar levels were thru the floor. A few sips of super sweet grape juice and I was ok.
may not be what you got, but it's worth looking into.

On leg day, the first thing I do is put a trash can next to the squat rack.

I've never thrown up, but i've almost passed out, after one leg press session i was seeing black spots, and i thought i was gunna go out, but somehow i didnt, took me 5 mins to get out of the seat tho.
