Anybody seen Tapout lately??

I have been on the last month, but whenever I take a break I see a batch of all new people with a few residuals. Where is Nathan or Tapout or MikeXXL....

sometimes i just read and not post--also my son started school for the first time so my life has changed--instead of being able to stay up late and sleep till 9am i'm up at 6:30 every day--its really messed me up and i'm sleepy all the time now--and fall to sleep early,usually on the couch watching tv,unable to get on here as much

as for me i've been training hard at jiu jitsu and weights--dieted hard and am now starting a new cycle--i weigh 220lbs at under 12%--my short term goal-228lbs at under 10% and getting my brazilian purple belt in a couple months

It was members like you and TNT etc. that made me come to this board daily because you were knowledgable and substantial things to say. I'm glad to see you on and you are doing well.

I'm still around. Thanks for asking. I just have had internet troubles lately. I'llbe onmreo now though probably. Just have to get into the swing of things again.
