    Well just finished the 3rd video...........back and delts......back routine was ok, but I was a little disappointed in the delt work....there was one thing I liked about the side lat. raise they did...when they couldn't do anymore the other would stand behind them and help with some cheat reps, to better get to total muscle failure........all in all I would say the videos where good and I will be using some of the exercises and using the way they trained in some of my workouts. This will bring a shock to the muscle and help me get complete muscle failure, with absolutely nothing else left to lift the weight.

    Now I got to watch them again.

    Those were meat and potatoes routines..Alot may disagree with me,but I don't hammer my delts,and have nice size.The compound movements I use along with chest get them worked out pretty well....I hit them once a week that's it But that's me..........

    I hit my delts once per week also...........but alone, not with any other muscle group.....I did like the way Costa did a version of the bradford press........I love to do that to finish my delts off.

    Best video I've ever seen was Coleman's "The Unbelievable"..by the way, that was 585 on the Front Squats, and that was 5 weeks out too. Leverone's was pretty good too; except for the fact that he had his own music in the background..LOL.

    I also saw Battle for the Olympia 2002..and that's cool because you get to see a lot of different training/dieting philosophies.


    Where did you guys get the Platz videos? I'm definitely interested in buying. Thanks.
