    Lifting straps...the hell?

    I just got some lifting straps, free from bodybuilding.com.....How the hell do i use these things??? and YES guys i'll take down this thread after someone tells me how to use them lol

    are they the ones with the loop? this will be hard to type but with your palm facing your face, put the strap on the back side of your hand and hold the loop with your thumb. the loop should be on your thumb side. then take the other end, wrap around wrist, put that end through the loop. and then you should have it. btw a good 2 to 3 minutes of screwing around should have led you there. do puzzles confuse you??? j/k hope this helps.

    always wrap the strap over under the bar. when palms face down. esier to tighten them.

    a friend of mine showed me how to use them once, and it was cool and all, but man when i tried to figure it out on my own it was pretty crazy. lol just made my wrists hurt

    Well...I did have one tied to my left nut, and it kinda got stuck...so i had to use scissors to cut it off (the strap, not the nut)

    I agree with chris......but i use them, but i am using the whole stack on the wide grip...

    ;but i don't use a lift belt...... never have...so over many years... i have never injured my back.. yeaaaaaaaaaaaa..

    Router cuff yessssssss (thank goodness for Deca )
