Any free weight exercise with poor form. Especially working in your lateral plane, such as Military Press and Pulldowns behind the neck.

To me deadlifts are the most risky cuz if you screw up your back you can permanantly ruin your health forever.

Squats!!!!!!!!!...You can say goodbye to your shoes, and hello to a wheelchair if you don't know what the fuk is going on..
Coming in close second would be BenchPress.. I giggle at how distorted some guys' bodies get when they try to max out..
Come on fellas use your head

military presses... cause all it takes is one small shift of balance and u can rip ur shoudler apart.. then no exercising anythign for u.... at least if u pull a back muscle doin deads or squats it will heal relativiley easily

OR you can just slip a disk or bust your back doing deads and squats and say hello to mr. wheelchair.

There's only one that could actually kill you and that would be getting stuck with a ton of weight while benching alone. Damage wise, I'd say deads have the most potential to screw you up permanently.

im gonna have to say penis extensions...............NO Wait i agree w/ bigolegs cuz like he said if you dont warm up your looking for trouble and after you do a few wxcercises that involve them it gets reall easy to get hurt

Going by personal experience i've only hurt myself doing bent over rows and incline bench press, the latter just becuase my shoulder wasn't as strong as my chest... and it just dropped straight back upon extension.

Heavy squats. Ever failed deep without a spotter? It's freakin scary. You won't do it often.

I voted for deadlift jsut because I cant get the hang of the first rep in it. Thats why I dont deadlift anymore I just do romanian deadlifts. ****ed upp my back doing deadlifts. could not do any heavy back work for like half a year.
But i think the most dangerous exercise is legpress. Legpress have ****ed me upp 3 times. If not flexible enough one should not go near the legpress. I always round my back without noticing it. Not to mention all the people I have seen **** upp their knees doing to much weight for very short range of motion.
Hack squat would probably also take the price as knee ****er.
