I got some bad news today
Last Tuesday I injured my shoulder after diving while playing volleyball. The pain has not gone away, and the "crunching" sound had me concerned so I went to the Doc. Xrays did not reveal any damage to the bony structure of my shoulder, but the Doc felt the "crunching" and believes that I tore my labrum, not labia you perverts. I have to have an MRI in two weeks and then a possible surgery if there is a tear. Hear is the bad news... Doc said I cannot workout until we find out if there is a tear!
Should I stick to leg and ab workouts while I finish the last 6 weeks of my test, or do I scrap it and save the test for a later cycle?

sigrabbit, really sorry to hear about your pain bro. I've got shoulder pains myself, just posted a thread about it, I hope mine isn't too serious. Best of luck.
It's a tough call about the cycle. You've gone pretty far in it, you may want to just take it really easy, and like spywizard said, hit them legs really hard. And also, instead of running it for the full length, maybe just cut it short, like 8 weeks instead of 10, or 12.

Whether it's torn or not, your going to be unable to train your upper body properly,so I would end it now and save the gear for later.........just my .02

How long have you gone into the cycle? I misread that, thought you already did 6 weeks. If your not too far into it, then quickly stop. 6 weeks left is a long time.

I am almost 6 weeks into a 10 week test cycle. My strength gains have been good and I have been losing bodyfat while maintaining 210. This sucks!!! Well, I am starting a new job soon and I have to move so maybe quiting now is the best idea.

Sorry to hear about the tear bro...
my ex had a labrum tear, and had surgery to fix it...seems like she was back at it in no time afterwards though...you'll get through it, just keep your head up...and do some killer leg workouts...

Thanks guys. After you input, I have decided to hit legs and cardio hard. Hopefullly, I will not lose too much strength in my upperbody, but I know that I will have to do some serious catching up.
