smoking sucks, it stinks, its expensive, it makes your clothes, hair, and fingers stink. i hate seeing a hot girl and then seeing her light up a cig, its such a freaking turn off. and kissing someone that smokes is just freaking disgusting. so yeah i dont smoke, never even tried a cigarette, never have, never will.

man im only 18 and i smoke a pack a day and i been smoking a pack a day since i was about 16 and already i can't see my self quitting. I tried you know whats the best way to quit though. I played football and i quit smoking for a few weeks, i quit the football team so i eventually smoked again but everytime i smoked i would think back to how my lungsw would hurt when we did so much running. just try to add in a whole lot of cardio and be active because everytime you run its alot harder on your lungs.

i think addiction is bull sh!t...think about it...do you ever crave a smoke while you beating up some a$$ or while your working out...NO...because your not bored, i think addiction is a crappy way out of saying its something to do that keeps your hands busy...JMO....

The mental addiction is 10 times worse then the physical. try eating when you crave a smoke good way to gain mass and quit at the same time !

yeah the whole addiction thing is a easy way out, think about it do you really like smoking? some people do, if you can answer you dont really like smoking then you can quit if you stop being a puss about it.
and if they raise the price to 20 bucks a pack id be freaking happy, i f-cking hate going out and getting a sore throat and stinking like **** when i come home cause of second hand smoke, that sh-t is f-cking gross. if your that stupid that you need to fall into the peer pressure to smoke when your out then you have major problems...
this isnt pointed to anyone, its just at smokers in general.
and i definatly agree on the whole smoking cause your bored theory, how about instead of picking up a cig when your bored, go ride a bike, exercise, read a book or clean your freaking house, but what ever you do dont smoke!Last edited by jcstomper; 02-21-2004 at 04:16 PM.
