I wish palequail wasnt banned I know he has to have a take on this issue because he had a lot of money at stake and I would guess has emails from dabull/einstein about his order and its status. It would be nice to just hear his side of things too so that other members who are in disbelief could possibly change their stance.

I have nothing but respect for Ron.. As I know him to be a good Moderator.

I don't know everything that happened, but what I do know is, Einstein was a very respected member of my board. He started up a business pre-selling GH kits using that Rep as reason why he could be trusted. He took Tens of Thousands of dollars in Pre-orders from Members at my board... I don't know what happened after that, Frankly I don't care. He took money for a product he did not deliver on, He offered no explanantion, he just up and ran once the guys started asking questions. That, no matter what his intentions were, is nothing short of theft.

For all of you guys who are trying to weight this thing out.. Please put yourself in the shoes of his "Customers" what if it were you that were out $2-3K... Would you sit back and consider what happened and be okay with the Mere possibility that he had good intentions of getting you your product? Or would you be pissed off and want either your money back or your product.

There is no way around this.. He took money for a product he did not deliver.. If something fell through on his end..then he should have kept enough of the money on hand that he was able to pay back at least half of the $$ to those he owed. This was poorly ran right from the beginning.. and honestly, it falls under the oldest rule there is.. If it looks to good to be true, it probably is... and einsteins deal was just that..too good to be true... and guys forked over their money..and they didn't get anything for it.

I have no beef with any of the staff here, and I like The Mods here as well... Ron, Cycleon, and even the System Admin

So peace to you guys, and I'm sorry that one of your own tarnished all of your reps like this. LMK if there is anything I can do to help you guys out!!!

Yeah that is just one reason why I say this number is higher much higher than 10k. There are a few others just like him with the same order amount. I know pale is a member over at AM so maybe he will post there about all of this.

He could have been just searching the site without registering (I did for a good 6 months) or he could have changed his name for security reasons (I also did that too). Pale seemed to have been a good guy though.

Wasnt that where the "reported" GH kits were coming from to begin with? Wasnt the story that he knew someone who had this great deal on GH/IGF in Canada and he was planning to remail them/buy and sell multiple K's worth?
