    Let's see, I'm 40 weigh 246 and I've not done any cycles....yet.

Bench: 315 x 2 (I suck at bench......never been one of my strong points)
Squat: 455 x 10 (That's my normal last working set)
SLD: 400 x 10 (Again normal last work set)
    Dead: 415 x 10 (last set)

And just to let Flody know.....I can drive a ten penny nail into a 2x4 with my penis.....provided there's a hammer taped too it. hahahahahahahahaha

normally i stay out of these "whos the strongest" or "how big are you" threads.

but you say you weigh 150lbs and can squat 475 thats nearly 3x your body weight and that would make you pound for pound one of the strongest people in the world.
do you have any pictures of you doing these squats.

    bench 315x4
    squat 405x3-4

Thx Trls63, Next Bulking/mass Cycle They'll Be Higher, I Want To Get 500 For Atleast 6 Reps And 600 For A Good 1 Rep Max on bench press, Legpress At Least 1 Ton A Few Times But I Need To Make Sure The Equipment Can Handle That First, I Know I Can Do It But It Will Take Time Don't Want To Rush It And Get Hurt. my strategy is to not think about the weight just focus on the form and my breathing, ppl say when i'm going full steam i sound like a machine.

Hey Floyd post your numbers, don't see them, what are you all wind with nothing to back it up, One you don't know me and you don't know how I train or have you ever trained with me and if you did you wouldn't last past the 1st exercise, guarnteed when i post my number's they are fact with maybe even pics to back them, you want more proof go look at members pics and look for my posts from before and during my most recent contest. Did you qualify for a national level bodybuilding show I don't think so
So put up or shut up, I am so sick of these pencil neck freaks that think they are better than the person who with all his pride and integrity post the facts with articles to back them up along with witnesses and pics that you wouldn't believe squat if it was staring you right in the face.

And...there it is. About the only good thing I can say for myself after seeing numbers like these is my squat and dead are pretty close together like yours.......a **** load lighter though.

What size tire swing do you have B? And do you allow other gorillas to play on it when you're not using it? hahahahaha

Not hardly, the top powerlifters squat closer to 5x bodyweight. Plus, I've seen too many rediculous squats to believe anyones squat numbers, unless they were in a PL competition.
