what do you think
i have never done a cycle. and i am think about it
i am 5'11 180 15%bodyfat. what kinda of gaine do you think i can make on test-E 250mg every week for 12 week and d-bol 20mg every day for 5 week. can i get good gaine. on this cycle

I think you could make good gains off that cycle if your diet is good. Why don't you post up your diet (in strict detail) and we'll go from there.
If you want my personal opinion though, I would drop some of the bodyfat before doing this cycle.

You will get good gains but it depends on your workout and diet..
Personally my first cycle was test E 500mg e/wk, dbol 30mg e/day. Nolva 20mg e/d, l-dex .25mg e/d. and of course clomid is a must for PCT..

Run the Test Enath 500mg for 10, or 12 weeks if you want
bump the D-bol up to 30mg ed
Yes you'll get very good gains if your diet and lifting is in check
the D-bol will boat you up some so get some L-dex to controll that
also make sure u have nolva and clomid for pct

how would his plan differ from 500mg of test e only for 10 weeks as far as results if diet and workout were in check?

Meal 1:
Protein pancakes
Meal 2:
10 oz. Tuna, 4 cups salad (with olive oil as dressing), 1 apple or grapefruit.
Meal 3:
10 oz. Salmon, 1 medium sweet potato (8-10 oz), 2 cups vegetables (broccoli, green beans, or spinach).
Meal 4:
9 oz. lean beef (eye of round is my choice), 4 cups salad (with red wine vinegar).
Meal 5:
9 oz. Chicken Breast, 2 cups vegetables, 1 cup sugar-free Jell-O or repeat meal 1.
Meal 6:
6 oz Chicken breast, 4 servings scrambled egg beaters
Meal 7 (if hungry):
6 oz. Whiting fish or Orange Roughy, 2 cups salad (with red wine vinegar).

20 and i have been lifting for to years when i stard i was 144 i got up to 180

In meal 2 you are mixing carbs (apple or grapefruit) and fats. Thats a no no.
