Alright i got the seizure letter and here is what it says
First page
The records of office indicate that you may have interest in 26g of stanzanol and 56 grams of test prop seized by the us customs and border protection, port of Louisville KT on October 11, 2004. These steroids are controlled substances and were determined in violation of Title 19, US code section.... as they were imported into the US without a DEA permit
The domestic value of this merchadise was determined to be uner $250.00
Under the provisions of title 19, US code Sectoin 1618 you may petition for relief from the above liabilaty. The enclosed notice of seizure and information Claimants explans your options with regard to remission of the forfeiture of seized property. If you do not wish to petition for relief from this forefeiture, you must provide an express agreement to defer judicial or administrative forfieture preceedings until completion of the administrative process. Completion of the enclosed Election of Proceedings form will provide this express agreement
Your petition must be recieved 30 days from this date in triplocate

You are hereby notified that the merchandise, conveyance, monetary instroments, or other property shown on the attached documents was seized for violation of the bureau of customs and border protection laws or the other laws enforced or administered by the bereau of customs and border protection as indicated on the attachment.
You have these options
1. You may take no action. If you take no action, the bereau of customs and border protection will seek to forfeit the property by administrative action in accordance iwth section..... In order to obtain a forfeiture the bearau of customs must post a seizure notice and intent to forfeit for 3 succesive weeks
2. You may request the port director of the bureau of customs the first notice sooner than the schedule date wich appears above
3. If you wish to seek administrative relief you must within 3 days from the date of the attaced letter file a completed copy of te attaced form waiving your right to prompt commencement of administrative forfeiture proceedings in accordance iwth section....
There is more if you need any but i think this is sufficent

thay don't have **** on you. take all papers and throw them out, get rid of them. Kiss your juice good by. Never happened. Thay can not do **** unless you sign.
Nothing ever happend. This is just what if post.
Thay will most likely watch that address for now on. Never use it again for ordering any thing. Don't use the same way for payment ever again unless you have some one else pay in there name.
You are very lucky you have this board.
thing to remember- never ever sign
unless it goes throughcustems in the right amount of time. For you - never again. Even if thay came to your door now and said you were cought doing this, you could say, don't know what you are talking about and close the door on there faces.

I dont get it... they are talking about forfeiting the stuff... BUT didnt you say that you already have it!?!?!

I think you missed some earlier posts EC. He said when the customs had his pack for longer than expected he told his sup. that it was snagged in customs. He thinks his sup. just re-sent it with out telling him. Well one pack made it thru but the other one didnt.
