i cannot gain weight! can enantat qv 250 help
There is no way in hell that i can gain weight. I've been working out and lifting for a while and have a diet that i 85% of the time keep up with but my weight goes up and down 5 lbs randomly. everything i have taken so far has done nothing for me. Its very frustrating. what does enantat qv 250 have to offer me? what would be possible side affects?

wut are ur stats? ur diet cant b right if ur not growing bro, wut does ur diet look like?

i have been taking whey and this other stuff that doesn't seem to work. i try to consume at least 225g's of protein per day. i try not to eat any junk food or other crap. right now im 5'10 150. been that way for a while.

soon to be 20 in 2 weeks. i did get really sick once and lost a lot of weight and havent been able to move up in weight since

alright i will work on my diet more. thanks for the link. i had been thinking about weither to use it or not so for now i woulnt use it. i have another question though. i only have this problem with bench but when i work out im ususaly consistant. every other day. but if for some reason i cant make it to the gym i lose so much power on my lifting and im not able to do anything near of what i was doing the other day. is it my routine or what?

At 20 you wont be needing any roids at all. Im also a hadgainer like yourself and this time last year I thought I was eating enough to put weight on and was doint the shakes as well. But I learned that without a good clean diet as a foundation the shakes wont do jack sh1t. Read the stickies and educaion forums and you will learn how to eat and train properly.
