I hope the newbies dont actually take you seriously. That would be 104lbs in a year minimum. Saluu is that you?

45lbs in 8 weeks from a 3 steroid stack is not unheard of.
An absolute fallacy and very mis-leading.

Maybe 10 lbs. of muscle IF that (lean mass) and the rest fat/water.

    Wow, gotta love those results.

id definetely wait 2-3 years of training. i started a cycle after 1 month of lifting and thought i was alright. i wish i would have waited. i didn't know how to properly max myself out or do some of the lifts right. luckily i was friends with a few personal trainers to help me out. it was about a year before i got my balancing of dumbbells down where i wasn't wobbling. it was just last year that i really learned to max out so it took me 3 years of lifting 5 days a week. if i would have waited till now to hit the juice i would have been so much better off and wouldn't had to have struggled through as many injuries during cycle.

Or do you want to get big but be healthy and look good not just for now but when you're 40, 50, 60?

As for me, I'm going the "live long and prosper" route - what I call Vulcan Training. Lifting, eating right, and supplementing smart are a lifestyle for me. Something I hope to do for the rest of my life. Looking at things from that perspective, what's your hurry? Lift natural for now and eat good and see what amazing things will happen in the next few years. When you stop seeing progress and maybe slow down or when you get older and your test levels drop (like me), then maybe think about giving things a boost with AAS.

As for me... I worked out hard my first year but saw little as far as great changes. My weight didn't change at all. But all the time I WAS changing. Fat was going away and I was building muscle. Eventually (after at least one year of hard training) I began to see some significant improvements. Every week in the gym I would see some improvement and that was great. Then when I tried AAS the improvements were greatly accelerated. But if I had started AAS sooner, when I was still fat and lacked a good base, I doubt I would have seen any change!

So keep at it. Lift, eat, sleep, and supplement smart. You'll build a good base and get a better idea of when your body is ready for the boost of AAS. Plus you'll really learn what works and doesn't work for you as far as training, eating, and supplementing are concerned. These things you cannot learn just from reading or teaching from others - the only true teacher is the hours you spend sweating and straining in the gym under impossible stacks of iron.

Thank you all for your advice, I am going to wait, it seems like the smart and healthy road... to getting big... for now...
