1) start sentences with capital letters.
2) "i" is supposed to be "I"
3) when making premises to support conclusions, between the last two
premises no comma is required (rather the word "and")
4)"becouse" is spelled "because"
5)end your sentences with periods
6)the whole post was a run-on sentence

my legs are not as big as my upper body. but thats normal.. they are a harder grow. i also have had two quad tears in three years so i havent been able to hit it too heavy again till now.
