what kind of benadryl when on clen

i heard when clen you can stay on more than two weeks at a time if you take benadryl every third week what kind of benadryl am i looking for and how much should you take every day

A little confused.... do i take the benadryl WITH the clen on the third week? Or just the benadryl? Should I be taking the benadryl with the clen during the first two weeks also?

You take it with the Clen on the third week and not during the first two weeks. Personaly I think its a load of shit, and be prepared to be grogy the next day

I think its an individual thing, maybe it does work for some, It didnt do anything for me and I know other guys who have tried it who agree.
