Not as much as I should. I play basketball pretty hard about twice a week and maybe a mile jog once a week. The problem I'm having is everything is the same as it's always been for me, Diet, Cardio, Weight lifting, the only varibles are the AAS and the T3 I took. I'm still on the AAS cycle but I just quit the T3. It seems impossible to pack on 16 pounds of muscle in 1 month just working out 3 times a week doesn't it? I guess I'm just kinda scared about the whole Thyroid Shutting down.
