Weird mine was from Labcorp. Kinda confused now. With your chart, total cholesterol wouldn't add up. Mine also shows measuring in mg/dL.

Sesamin, Fish Oil, Flax Seed Oil, Flush Free Niacin. I was just joking around, with those supps my total cholesterol should be fairly good. I like to throw in Red Rice Yeast post cycle as well to help get levels back normal.

Red rice yeast? Is that a supplement in capsule form or something you find at a wholefood market? How much/day or each of those you listed Giantz?

RYR is a natural Statin, so it does wonders for your lipids. Just make sure you take CoQ10 w/ it. As it depletes CoQ10 levels, which are much needed for your heart.

Giantz, not sure if this is feasible but I'm sure others would love to see something of this sort posted by a knowledgable VET or Mod.

In your spare time in the next few weeks do you mind making a thread and compiling info that "you" find useful to the bodybuilding community as far as herbs/supps go that should be taken while on/off cycle? Not sure if this is asking too much, I've searched and found many useful threads, but it's hard to depict what is useful and what is not when it comes to that topic. Thx bro.

How much per day? That's why I posted my last comment is because all these supps are well known for what they do but there is a lot of contraversy on how much to take of each and if some are even necessary. Hopefully we'll get some more insight on this. Great thread so far.

Great, that'd be a big help. I'm more concerned on staying healthy while meeting my goals, I have cholesterol issues in my family, so this is an important topic to me.

You can also run Idebenone, which is an analogue of CoQ10. And much cheaper in bulk!

    I'm in the same boat..

My father has High Cholesterol and so does his brother. My grandfather died of a heart attack but that was probably from his loan sharking and Bookie busniness

The only problem with a general layout of supps is that everyone has diff needs that come with diff cycles. One who is running Tren will need to concentrate on certain OTC supps rather then one who is running Test only. So on and so forth...........

There is an endless line of supps, I was lucky enough to work at a couple good supp stores and learned a lot. But then the more I learn about AAS the more I realize certain compounds need more attention then others. A general layout would be nice though dont get me wrong........Giantz is the best man for the job too.
