    im the not lazy type, and i have also heard if u can get over the lazyness that if u smoke b4 u lift it depletes some lactic acid. but i never do b4 i work out

    The best training days I have are when I do this, dont do it so much now but theres nothing better than puffin', putting on your head phones, and working out. Gets me in the zone.

    I dont remember where I read it, or heard it, or even if its true but i heard that it helps supply oxygen to your muscle while working out. Arnold used to smoke before he trained quite often. Theres a good example of it doesnt negatively effect muscle growth.

    its all made up just to give us a reason to smoke every now and then. its like pumping urself up for a set. but im sure some of it is true. i had no idea this thread would go on this long

    This is true, as i wrote before the THC opens your blood vessels, so more oskygen and nutrition get`s to your muscles! The nikotin has the opposite effect, but THC is stronger! (Make it a heavy bomb then=)

    Arnold smokes in pumping iron after he won, and he has admitted that he smoked during his building days, the reason is above (blood vessels), and that you relax more, and it`s when you relax that you grow. More relax = more muscle-growth!

    Man, Ive heard rumors of Arnold drink wiskey 'n shit before training, and he drank lots of beer, now I dont really condone drinking but you get my point. As long as you dont let any of this shit run your life you wont have a problem. And yeah, stay away from nicotine, that shits no good.

    Read former posts, enough info said. I`m not lying, but the fact is that you have to find what works for you! Everybody reacts a little different to all substances, some react very different.

    Smoke as long as it doesn`t get in the way of your training!

    That`s BS about the drinking, every bodybuilder needs to take care of his liver especially!!! They don`t take the amount of drugs (and the heaviest drugs) wich supress the liver alot, then go out and drink! That will END you liver!!

    I agree with you on the drinking, i believe that it has no place in a bodybuilders life, it doesnt have one benifit, its empty calories that end up making you fat.

    i drink maybe 3 times a year and its never on cycle. my bday, saint pattys day, and when i pick up a hot chick and she wants to grab a drink

    I get sick for days when i drink, always have. So I have always been a smoker instead. And that`s a blessing if you take your building seriously!!

    Beer is bad, booze or whiskey etc is plain fvcking stupid!
    NO alkohol is good, but if you have to drink, a little red wine is OK, because it has good effect on the kolesterol

    got to love the wine. but would rather smoke ne day of the week. but for some reason its looked down appon and drinking is sooo cool. lets see i want to drink alot and puke all day long. that sounds like fun. or i can smoke and b chill and push myself to eat another meal to get a lil extra protien in my diet

    New studies show that alkohol in high doses makes you 4 times as agressive as on speed! I know, tried both! But no one ever get`s violent when high, and everyone who has been high knows this is true!
    Yeah I`d rather smoke any day over a drink too, but drinking is more social. All though here in Norway it is quite accepted in the cities, but still illegal.

    Where is BC?
    The best stuff is ALWAYS grown where you buy it. Cause it is an advantage that it is fresh and not exposed to different temperatures. But alot of crap out there, sometimes you might as well hit yourself in the head with a bottle..

    Go to amsterdam man, the "smoke-bars" have everything your heart desires, it`s legal to smoke there. Does not get any better

    What about pre competition, The last week before a bodybuilding show when you are trying to suppress estrogen to help dry out ??

    I think it would be ok on a cycle off season if you enjoy doing it because your natty test is suppresed anyway..........Plus with the use of anti es and all the other goddies we use to keep our estrogen down, I cant see how it would do any harm in moderation. But off cycle I would advice staying away good from old Mary Jane.

    Do not believe it would do anything at all
