How does this cycle look?

I am a newbie. 36 years old been lifting over a year now. I want to start my first cycle looking to bulk.

I got this off the website.

Testosterone Enanthate /300 - 500 mg
Deca / 200 - 400 mg

per week for 10 weeks

Is this a good cycle? Should I do test by itself for the first time?

most people will say do test alone for youre first cycle. go with enanthate or cypionate at 500mgs for 12 weeks, you can jump start it with dbol if you would like for the first 4-6 weeks. w

Yes do test only for first cycle.

Test 500mg a week 1-12 split 2x a week. What do's your PCT look like you shold also be taken some nolva ed at 10-20mg.

unless you have joint problems go with the test by itself....the deca will shut you down very hard and at your age this will mean its much harder to recover.

id agree with everyone 500mg per wk for 12 wk will be fine for your first cycle, i wouldnt bother with the deca , and do you think your ready for a cycle with only 1 year of training under you belt? you need a good base to work from and make sure your diet is in check....

Right.
A Dbol kickstart for a few weeks would be better than Deca , unless you want your cock to malfunction.
