i messed up my left about a year ago, it took at least 3 months to be right, if you look at pictures then my bi's didnt match, i couldnt work it at all.. i tried some deca in a weak attempt to at least lubricate it, that didnt work. just rest it, take it real light for a while, you dont want to strain it anymore

If you can find a chiropractor that does active release, this can help considerably. Go to a doctor get a Rx for Celebrex or some other anti-inflammatory. Stay away from the preacher bench. Try using a strait bar with about 50% of the weight you usually push, if you can't handle it then leave it alone for a little while. Use Icyhot morning and night. Use Icyhot especially after your work-out.
I've had this same injury, which also was from arm-wrestling.

I am having the same problem.
I cant use a straight bar at all.
Ez curls for me and db ofcourse.

Mine was so bad I couldnt do hammer curls with a 15lbs db.
Use one of those bands, the one with the velcro around your forearm, its helps for me but its no magic bullet for sure.

I did the active release and it hurts like hell but helps.
It will take some real time to heal.

No, deca will not help tendons it makes you bloated.. Thus lubricating joints, but what you have is tendon micro-tears, nothing will help them but time..Ive gotten them many times from overtraining and trying to arm wrestle drunk at bars, the two don't mix..Do yourself a favor end the arm wrestling and give tendon tears their proper 11 days to 2 weeks too rest..It's the only way..
