Yeah, 2x per day feels better than 3x per day and the gains are the same pretty much. 1x per day feels even better, but gains probably suffer somewhat.

They give anavar to recovering alcoholics to help repair a damage liver so I doubt var causes any liver damage.

taking tbol 3x a day I dont think is necessary when the half life is 16 hours. taking it twice a day would be fine.
