    Gyno near belly button

    I was doing pull ups in the gym and had a pain near my belly button. I notice a lump right above it. Can this be gyno?

    Gynocomastia (gyno) translates to "Female like breasts". Probably not something you would get in you belly.

    Sounds like a hernia. Better get it checked out by the doc. You can only get gyno, in your breast tissue. Estrogen has nothing to do with a hernia.

    Umbilical (spelling?) hernia. I have had one for about 15yrs and it has not gotten any worse. Have a doc look at it to ease your mind.
