I Need Some Advice
befor my cycle. I usally work out one muscle a day, and abs, cardio 30 twice a week. i work out 3 days on 1 day off., iam 25 5'6" 167lb 13% bf.... Now that i am on aas, should i countinue with the same work out, or does anyone have a better routine for me????
A friend told me now that i am on a cycle my muscles will heal faster, so i could work out 2 muscles a day, and i will get more gain..

i personally hit each body part 1 time a week but i hit it hard so its enough for me.

I use the same routine you are using. Whether on or off. Difference while on; load on the weight and lower the reps. Has worked well for me so far. Good luck

you still need to rest and let your muscles recover even while on AAS..

exactly lift...alot of guys pay too much attention to their training and AAS.Too much that they forget about nutrition which is way more important than even the AAS.your training sounds like its on bro just make sure your nutriton is there with it.

oh and remember you grow out of the gym when you're getting proper rest.
