    what's better?

    injecting 250mg sus tuesdays and 250mg sus & 300mg deca fridays (all in same same syringe)

    or

    injecting once a week 500mg sus and 300mg deca all in same syringe

    AGREED....due to the shorter esters in sust, it is better to shoot ED to keep your blood levels more stable

    space them into 2 shots mix the deca & the sust in one shote x2 ew
