My buddy is 6', 190lbs, and prolly 7-8% BF. He is pretty ripped/has a good build as he played football. He previosuly did a 2 week cycle of M1-T and is going to do another. IHowever, he talked about running HD-50 with it. I was curious, is that an ok stack? or is there a better one? and...If he only runs M1-T for 2 weeks, does he continue to run the HD-50 for the remaining 2 weeks or stop when he stops the M1-T? Thanks.
